On September 15, 2010, LecTec Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Sanford M. Brink plans to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors to focus on other activities. Mr. Brink plans to remain on the Company’s Board of Directors until a successor is appointed to fill his seat on the Board of Directors A copy of the press release, dated September 15, 2010, announcing the retirement of Mr. Brink is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8–K and is incorporated herein by reference.
