The Company sold a total of 805,000 shares at $21.00 and received proceeds, net of underwriters discounts and estimated offering expenses, of $15.4 million. ** On October 26, 2016 the completed a $31 million debt facility comprised of a $21 million term loan and a revolving line of credit of up to $10 million. The revolver may be increased at a later date to $15 million dollars at our request, and with the approval of MidCap. Total Bank Debt at September 30, 2017 is comprised of the $21 million term loan plus $4 million borrowed on the revolving line of credit. The facility carries a 54 month term, with interest only payments on the term loan for the first 24 months. The interest rate on the term loan is 8.0% plus the greater of LIBOR or 0.5%, which resulted in a rate of 8.5 percent as of September 30, 2017.
