Income Taxes Income tax benefit of $0 and approximately $736,000 for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, was the result of the Company’s ability to utilize net operating losses and franchise tax adjustments which resulted in tax refunds in 2012. The entire amount of the tax refund was received in 2012. |
